Once you have built up a relationship with your list you can make multiple sales to that list in months and sometimes years to come. Make sure to offer your subscribers a valid reason to subscribe to your newsletter.

Remember you have to have detailed plan to make that first sale as an affiliate marketer, but once you have your goals set and your system up and running you will start seeing the sales.
